to the terms and conditions in this document (Terms
and Conditions).
Prices and promotions are subject to change without
notice. Our prices shown on our web site include VAT
where applicable.

Delivery
Inkjet and toner cartridges that are in stock
and ordered before 3PM will be despatched the same
day.
We offer FREE delivery on all
printer cartridges. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st class and take
on average 1-2 business days to arrive after it leaves our
warehouse. Free delivery is not valid outside the
UK.
International delivery starts from £1.50 and takes 3
to 5 days depending on your country.
Please allow 7 business days for orders to be
delivered before the Post Office considers it a lost
package. After 8 business days from the despatch
day, please contact us.
Data Protection
Ink Warehouse is compliant with the Data Protection
Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third
party without prior consent.
Privacy Policy
At Ink Warehouse we utilise the latest in Secure
Server Technology to ensure that all information is
protected to the highest standards. We never make
your personal details available to anyone else. We
collect information about you for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order and second, to
provide you with the best possible service.
We need to know your name, address and payment
details so that we can process your order. We need
your telephone number and e-mail address to enable
us to contact you should there be any problem with
your order.
Customer information is collected lawfully and in
accordance with the Data Protection Act.

or key icon appear in the corner of your web browser
window to indicate a secure SSL connection has been

We do not store credit card details nor do we give,
hire or sell information to third parties.

We offer a 30 day replacement/refund policy on all
faulty or incorrect products.
For non-faulty items you are responsible for the
postage costs to return your items. Unfortunately,
we cannot accept cartridges back if they have been
opened/used unless they are faulty.

faulty or incorrect printer cartridges ASAP so we
can rectify the problem quickly for you. |
